RB Leipzig have started their preparations for the upcoming away game. A duo is training away from the team to kick things off.

RB Leipzig have started their preparations for the next away game in the Bundesliga without two regular players. Castello Lukeba and Christoph Baumgartner trained individually ahead of the game at TSG 1899 Hoffenheim on Saturday (3.30pm/Sky and DAZN), the club announced. Leipzig coach Ole Werner also has three long-term injuries to contend with.

Defender Lukeba suffered an injury to his right shoulder in a tackle during the 3-1 win over VfB Stuttgart. Midfielder Baumgartner was absent from team training due to stress management. While the Austrian international will be able to line up in the PreZero Arena, Lukeba is day-to-day.

Kosta Nedeljkovic is making progress. The defender is aiming for a return following his stress reaction in his right knee, but there is no specific time frame. On the other hand, Viggo Gebel and Benjamin Henrichs (Achilles tendon rupture) are still out.
