A 17-year-old moped rider was hit by a car in Kleingera and seriously injured.
The young man was crossing Netzschkauer Straße on his moped without paying attention to the traffic, according to the police. He was hit by the car of an 82-year-old man.
The 17-year-old was seriously injured as a result of the collision on Sunday and was taken to hospital.
